At Pulso Digital ("we", "us", "our") we respect your privacy and that of our clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it, including our use of Google APIs.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Through this site we only collect the contact information you voluntarily provide by phone or WhatsApp when requesting a proposal (name, phone number, and the content of your message). This site does not use forms that automatically store data, nor first-party advertising tracking cookies.

3. Use of Google APIs (Google Ads API)

As part of our advertising management service, Pulso Digital uses the Google Ads API via OAuth 2.0 authentication to manage the advertising accounts of clients who have hired us and explicitly authorized us for this purpose. This includes access to: campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad configuration; and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) for the managed advertising accounts.

4. How we protect and limit use of this data

We only access the advertising accounts that a client directly authorizes us to manage. We do not access the advertiser's end-customer personal data (for example, contact lists, patient emails, or other Google account information) beyond what is strictly necessary to configure and report on advertising campaign performance. OAuth authentication tokens are stored securely and used exclusively for the campaign management operations authorized by each client. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties unrelated to providing the service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Third-party providers

This site is hosted on Vercel Inc. Client advertising campaign management is performed through the Google Ads API (Google LLC). We do not share visitor contact information from this site with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

If you are a Pulso Digital client, you may request access, correction, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time, and you may revoke our tool's access to your Google Ads account at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or directly from your Google Ads account's user access settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
